US Sales TaxIn accordance with local laws, most US purchases incur sales tax. In fact, our payment processor (FastSpring) will automatically collect sales tax in all states and regions except Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, Oregon, AA, AE, AP, AS, and Puerto Rico.
If you are a tax exempt organization, you can submit a tax reimbursement request after your purchase at questionacharge.com. When prompted, select "VAT/Sales Tax Question" (the second option under "Billing") and be sure to include:
- Tax exempt form
- Order reference number (ex: INQ######-####-#####)
EU VATEU countries will likewise automatically incur VAT (value added tax). These include the following nations: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovak Republic, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.
If you are an EU tax exempt organization and have a valid VAT ID, you can simply enter it during checkout. Doing so should void any previously applied taxes.
