We have recently received some reports that transcripts are not saving properly to external hard drives. It seems that they will initially save as expected, when you select "File > Save As...", but once you try to re-save them with "File > Save", those new changes will not be stored. We are currently working on a fix for this.
The workaround for the time being is to either:
- Save your transcript to your local computer hard drive (where saving works normally).
- Save your transcript under a new name with "Save As..." every time you save to the external hard drive.
We appreciate your patience in testing out our 2.5 beta.
